Peyker account settings

Some settings such as bank details and login password can be changed directly through the Peyker app; however, information such as email, phone number and name should be changed via the Driver Enrolment Centre or Peyk customer support.

Your Peyker login details are provided when you complete your registration at the Drivers Enrolment Centre. Once your online application has been approved, you will receive an email specifying the appointment date at the Enrolment Centre in which you have to attend. You will receive your login details at the centre.

If you wish to leave the Peyk family, you can either leave your Peyker account as it is just in case you want to work with us in the future or contact the Driver Enrolment Centre to disable your account. You can do that through the live chat, calling us or sending an email to [email protected].

If you forgot your Peyker password, you can click on the Forgot Password section of the Peyker's login page in which you will have to write your mobile number and a new password will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive an email, it means your account does not a valid email address registered on to it. In this case, you will have to contact Peyk customer services or send us an email to [email protected] and a member of the team will reset your password.
