Change Account Settings

In Peyk mobile app:
  1. Select the profile icon in the side menu
  2. Tap the information you want to change
  3. Make your updates and click save
In Peyk Web Dashboard:
  1. Click on the right side menu
  2. Choose the 'edit profile' button
  3. Make your updates and click save
If you change your phone number, you'll receive a verification code via text message. Enter the code in your app to confirm the change.

If you aren't receiving receipts or emails from us, please check your email account's spam or junk folder. If you find the emails there, mark them "not junk" to ensure that future emails arrive in your inbox.

Peyk accounts can only be deleted with the help of a live customer support agent. Kindly use our 24/7 live chat feature and request for the deletion. Please note, they might ask you the reason for your deletion. Due to regulations, some data will be kept with Peyk even after your account deletion as required by law.

Your Peyk Username is the mobile number that you have registered with. If you change your mobile number from the profile section of the app, your Username will automatically change to your new number

You can change your password in the profile section of the Peyk Mobile App and the Web Dashboard. You simply enter your old password and then the new password and click on save.

In case you have forgotten your password, you can click on the Forgot Password button. Then simply enter your username and then your new password will be sent to you immediately via a text message. You will then be able to change your password from the profile section.

Your username is the mobile number that you have registered your Peyk account with. If you are still struggling to find your username, contact Peyk customer support through live chat and they will be able to assist you further.

In Peyk mobile app:
If you are an old Peyk user and do not have a password, simply login by using the 'verification code' feature through the Peyk mobile app and at the last step, it will ask you to create a password for your account.   In Peyk Web Dashboard: You will have to click on the 'Existing Users' button on the bottom of the page where it will help you to convert your old Peyk account into a new one with a Password.
