Change Account Settings
To update your name, email and phone number:
- Select the profile icon in the main app menu
- Press on the “Edit” button on the top right
- Tap the information you want to change
- Make your updates and click save
If you aren't receiving receipts or emails from us, please check your email account's spam or junk folder. If you find the emails there, mark them "not junk" to ensure that future emails arrive in your inbox.
Peyk accounts can only be deleted with the help of a live customer support agent. Kindly use our 24/7 live chat feature and request for the deletion. Please note, they might ask you the reason for your deletion. Due to regulations, some data will be kept with Peyk even after your account deletion as required by law.
At the end of the trip, you can provide the Peyker with a rating and also write down any comments you have. If they are a compliment, we try to reward the Peyker; whereas, if it is a unacceptable report, we will get in touch and sort it out with them. Customer service is key at Peyk and we would definitely take consumer comments very seriously.
