Nearly 320,000 people all around the world had been infected by the new CORONAVIRUS in near 180 countries, 13,000 people died and around 100,000 have been recovered.

One of the hypothesis about the origin of the virus is that it was created in the lab by scientists and escaped in Wuhan, China but it was denied after a project through comparing the novel Coronavirus to SARS, MERS and SARS CoV-2 which can cause severe diseases.

The Coronavirus has multiple spike proteins on the surface of the virus which help the virus to stick and grab the host cells to open and enter. The spikes had been evolved through natural selection process and looks too complicated which can help them to be more effective in attacking the human cells. They were not the result of genetic engineering.

Many scientist believe that the Coronavirus is originated in bats and pangolins and the first transmission to human body was in Wuhan, China, which then spread out through person to person contacts to almost all over the world.

Approximately 85 percent of the infected people will be recovered without any need to special treatments. On March, 11th, 2020 COVID-19 had been declared as a pandemic by World Health Organization (WHO).

Symptoms

The signs and symptoms of the infected people are like fever and dry cough. Also the virus can make the infected person to have difficulty in breathing, tiredness, sore throat and aches.

Stop breathing for 10 to 15 seconds, after that if you start to cough it would be suggested to visit the hospital.

Pyrexia (the body temperature) over than 38 degrees needs to be checked by doctors too.

The infected people may have no signs from 1 to 14 days so then it would be suggested to not have any direct contact with anyone.
